American Barbell Elite Power Bar

American Barbell’s Elite Power Bar is a 20 KG barbell, which can be used for powerlifting or Olympic lifting. The shaft has a diameter of 29 millimeters and is made out of stainless steel, keeping it corrosion-resistant and easy to clean without damaging the surface of the barbell.  The strength of the shaft is tested with raw material to ensure a consistent tensile strength of 190,000 PSI.  

This particular barbell does have a center knurling. Based on some reviews, it’s great for high rep sets and is one of the best all-purpose barbells out there.
